Quality： The tires and plastics that I ordred painted orange were not done professionally.  Not only were 2 shades of orange used, the paint was applied so thin and not baked on that barely touching the painted surface cause the pain to chip or scratch off. It didn't help that both wheels were already scratched upon arrival on both sides of the wheel.  The wheels were actually packaged nicely so my guess is that the damage was done when they were wrapping the tires for shipping, or when they were putting the tires onto the rim.  Service： Jennie LV is the absolute worst customer service agent Ive ever dealt with.  She's rude, she will insult you, she will lie to you, she will hold instructions and products you already paid for hostage.  She honestly should not be allowed to interact with customers on this site.  I've already escalated to Aliaba in regards to her behavior.   Summary, I would run, not walk as fast as possible in the other direction of this company.  They are a fraud.
